1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Babet Pet Care & Shop's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Adoption Process

All dog adoptions through Babet are subject to our approval process, which includes:

• Completion of adoption application
• Home environment assessment
• Reference checks
• Meet and greet with the selected dog

3. Adoption Fees

Adoption fees cover veterinary care, vaccinations, spaying/neutering, and other care provided to the dog. All fees are non-refundable once the adoption is finalized, except in cases where we are unable to complete the adoption due to health or behavioral issues discovered after payment.

4. Health Guarantee

All dogs are examined by a licensed veterinarian before adoption. We provide a 14-day health guarantee from the date of adoption. If a veterinarian diagnoses a serious health condition within this period, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include medical support or, in rare cases, return of the dog.

5. Return Policy

We understand that sometimes adoptions don't work out. If you need to return a dog within 30 days of adoption, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to ensure the dog's safe return. Adoption fees are non-refundable, but we prioritize the wellbeing of our dogs above all else.

6. Ongoing Care Requirements

By adopting a dog from Babet, you agree to:

• Provide proper nutrition, shelter, and veterinary care
• Keep the dog's vaccinations current
• Provide adequate exercise and socialization
• Never abuse, neglect, or abandon the dog
• Contact us if you can no longer care for the dog

7. Limitation of Liability

Babet Pet Care & Shop is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses caused by adopted dogs after the adoption is finalized. Adopters assume all responsibility for their dog's behavior and actions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
